Our sourcing team meticulously selects the best of these fruits, ensuring they are ripe and of the highest quality. This painstaking selection process ensures the fruits’ natural sweetness and unique flavors are captured in our beverages.

Once harvested, the fruits are quickly transported to our state-of-the-art processing facility. This swift transportation ensures the freshness of the fruits is preserved. Upon arrival at our plant, they undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.

Next, the fruits are carefully washed and processed to extract their pulp, which forms the base of our drinks. Our advanced extraction methods retain the natural goodness and rich flavors of the fruits. Our experts meticulously monitor the pulp extraction process to ensure consistency and quality, a testament to our commitment to providing superior beverages.

After the pulp is extracted, it’s blended with the perfect amount of natural sweeteners and other ingredients to achieve the unique flavor profiles of our Clear Lemon and Orange Drinks. Each ingredient is carefully measured and mixed under strict hygienic conditions to maintain quality and safety.

The prepared blend then undergoes pasteurization to eliminate any harmful bacteria while retaining the nutritional value of the ingredients. The blend is then filled into bottles, which are immediately sealed to maintain freshness. Our plant can fill and seal over 4,44,000 bottles per day, each one a promise of quality and refreshment.
